Today marks the start of this year's Annual Conference, and also coincides with the launch of our updated news platform, Everyday Society.  

Everyday Society was launched in order to extend the reach of sociological research – to the public, government bodies and beyond.  We’ll be observing and participating in the evolving nature of the sociological landscape by encouraging contributors to respond to real-life events from a sociological perspective, through different lenses and intersections.

Our aim is to feature dialogue from across the sociological community.
