Dinner is not provided on Wednesday, 10 September.
The Annual Conference Dinner is being held on Thursday, 11 September. We’re taking a more relaxed approach this year with street food, but there will still be music and dancing, some board games and of course, great company.
We have secured a limited number of rooms at MotelOne in Newcastle city centre.
Rooms are £89 Room Only for a single room.

There will be an opportunity for postgraduate students and individuals who are unwaged, low-waged or working outside academia to apply for free places at the conference, funded by the BSA Medical Sociology Study Group. This funding will cover registration, daytime meals, accommodation and conference dinner. Applications for these places will open shortly. Details will be announced w/c 26 May 2025.
