- The deadline to submit abstracts is Friday, 11 September 2026, any late submissions will not be accepted.
- We will only accept one abstract submission (Oral OR Poster OR Roundtable) plus one special event abstract submission per person.
- Please ensure you officially submit your abstract, as unsubmitted drafts will not be reviewed
- You will receive an email confirmation once your abstract has been submitted. You can also check the status of your abstract by going to MyBSA > Abstract Submission Details. The status should be ‘Awaiting Review’.

- You can also view the Annual Conference Streams document for information on the Streams available to submit your abstract to. Please ensure that you submit to the correct stream.
