After seven years with the BSA our administrator, Joan Carr, has decided to take some well-earned time to relax and leaves the Association today.

We thank her for all her work with us over the past years and I am sure you will join us to wish Joan the very best in the future. Many of you will have spoken to Joan on the phone or by email regarding your memberships. If you’ve ever changed your contact details or asked about your password, Joan would have been the one helping you out. She has decided to give up her keyboard in favour of other exciting activities.
