The BSA is trying to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment and in order to reduce paper waste, the printed version of the conference programme will now carry a small fee of £3. If you would like a printed version of the programme, please add the option in your basket during the booking process. The programme will also be available on our website and conference app.
* An early bird discount applies up until 1 March. Conference registrations made after this date will incur a £50 charge.
** Categories A and B countries are based on World Bank GNI figures and roughly match those used by the ISA, who similarly differentiate by country of residence. A list of Category A Countries is available here, Category B countries are any country not on the Category A list.
The BSA offers 35 support funded conference places to BSA concessionary members and 4 ECF funded places to Early Career Researchers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free conference places to non-members of the BSA.
BSA reciprocal agreements members can attend partner organisations' events at reduced rates. The BSA has reciprocal agreements with: American Sociological Association, The Australian Sociological Association, British Society of Criminology, Social Policy Association, Sociologists for Women in Society, Sociological Association of Aotearoa (New Zealand), South African Sociological Association.
* Please contact the BSA Events Team to register at the reciprocal agreement rate.
